As for the quality of your shirts, it is excellent. In fact, in some ways, due to the high quality of the cotton, its durability, lack of fading and ability to keep its shape, I don’t have to replace your t-shirts as frequently as I do other makes. Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. With a small product range a business needs to meet these high standards and in my brief experience the white T-shirt company exceeds them.
